Canada & USA:
-Norsu-Organic offers free shipping to CANADA and USA over $75
-Any orders under free shipping amount will be charged a flat rate of $8.99 for CANADA and $12 for USA
-All other international orders will see the shipping rate when you checkout. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping rate before you make the payment.
Duty are included for US orders
Shipping Method:
-Norsu Organic ships with local couriers for the order within CANADA and USA
-All orders will be packed within 48 hours with the tracking number (Please note: Holidays and Weekends are not included). Delivery times will be different depending on the destination.
-Please note:
We can not ask our couriers to leave your parcel at a specific place at your place. Please contact couriers directly if you want to leave the parcel at the specified place and make sure to track the parcel once it has been shipped. Norsu Organic will not be responsible for any missing parcels.
Estimated Shipping Time:
-All orders will be packed within 48 hours (Please note: Holidays and Weekends are not included)
-All orders will take 1-2 business days to be picked up by the couriers once the parcel has been packed
-Please allow additional transit time and cannot be expedited for orders shipped to USA. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery
Changing of address/ Cancellations:
-If you want to change the delivery address or shipping method, or you make any mistakes on your order. Please contact us at: info@norsu-organic.com with the order number before the parcel is shipped out. We will do our best to make the adjustment.
-You also can cancel the order if you made any mistakes before the parcel has been shipped out.
-Once the parcel has been shipped (by the time you get your tracking number), we will not be able to do any changes.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns on products within 15 business days of the delivery date. The product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items and items bought on promotion time are FINAL sales. For personal health reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks.
-Orders within Canada and USA can be returned by local couriers. Customers can contact us through email. Once we accept the request, we will send you the return label, and the shipping cost of $12 will be deducted from your return.
-For all exchanges, the best way is to place a new order with the item(s) you want and simply return the item(s) you have.
-Items purchased at third parties such as a local boutique, must be returned to the same store according to their return/exchange policy.
-International Orders: Orders placed outside of Canada and the US are final sales and can not be returned or refunded.
-For personal health reasons, Exchanges will only be taken for DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items for the same item if it is in stock.
DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED Items:
-If you receive damaged or defective items within one month from the date of shipping, we are more than glad to take your defective/ damaged items back and replace the item. Customers must email your order receipt with a photo of the defective items to info@norsu-organic.com
-All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier.
