Canada & USA Shipping

Free Shipping: On all orders over $85 USD/CAD.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $12 applies to orders under $85.

US Orders: Taxes and duties are included in the checkout price for all orders shipped to the United States.
International Shipping

Shipping rates for international orders (outside Canada/USA) are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Duties & Taxes: For international orders outside the US, import taxes and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing & Delivery

Order Packing: All orders are packed and ready for pickup within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Carrier Pickup: Please allow 1-3 business days for local couriers to collect your parcel once it has been packed.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes: To ensure security, we cannot instruct couriers to leave parcels in specific locations. Please track your package closely and contact the courier directly for special delivery requests. Norsu Organic is not responsible for missing parcels once marked as delivered.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Please contact us at info@norsu-organic.com immediately with your order number.

Adjustments or cancellations can only be made before the parcel has been shipped. Once a tracking number is issued, no further changes can be processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 business days of the delivery date.

Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned. All sale items and promotional purchases are Final Sale.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

A $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired product and return your original purchase for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email info@norsu-organic.com with your receipt and a photo of the defect.

Timeframe: Claims for items damaged upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We offer replacements for defective items within one month of the shipping date, subject to stock availability.
International Returns

All orders placed outside of Canada and the USA are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
