Refund policy

1. Return Period (30 Days)

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in new, resalable condition, including:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, odors, or missing tags/packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@norsu-organic.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

If approved, we will issue a return authorization and provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be declined and returned to the sender.

4. Return Shipping Fee (Canada & USA)

For eligible returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount (store credit):

  • Canada: $8.99 CAD (flat fee)

  • USA: $12 USD (flat fee)

5. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items marked Sale / Clearance

  • Items purchased during promotions (including sitewide discount events)

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

6. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30 Days)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@norsu-organic.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (and packaging, if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution (replacement if available, otherwise an alternative remedy).

8. Store Credit Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit only (e.g., a digital gift card / store credit code) and will be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for store credit to be issued.

Important notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any duties/taxes paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • The return shipping fee (Section 4) will be deducted from the store credit amount.

9. Third-Party Retail Purchases

Items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., local boutiques) must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

10. International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Canada and the USA are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
