Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns on products within 15 business days of the delivery date. The product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items and items bought on promotion time are FINAL sales. For personal health reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks.
-Returns fee A flat fee of $12 will be deducted directly from the refund.
-Items purchased at third parties such as a local boutique, must be returned to the same store according to their return/exchange policy.
-Orders within Canada and USA can be returned by local couriers. Customers can contact us through email. Once we accept the request, we will send you the return label, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
-International Orders: Orders placed outside of Canada and the US are final sales and can not be returned or refunded.
-For personal health reasons, Exchanges will only be taken for DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items for the same item if it is in stock.
-For any other reasons of exchange, please simply return the original items and place a new order. We will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days to get your refund back on your credit card.

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED Items:
-If you receive damaged or defective items within one month from the date of shipping, we are more than glad to take your defective/ damaged items back and replace the item. Customers must email their order receipt with a photo of the defective items to firstname.lastname@example.org
-All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier.
