Canada & USA:
-Norsu-Organic offers free shipping to CANADA and USA with order over $50
-Any orders under $50 will be charged flat rate of $7.99 for CANADA and USA
-All other international orders will see shipping rate when you checkout. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping rate before you make the payment.
-Norsu Organic ships with local couriers for the order within CANADA and USA
-All orders will be packed within 48 hours with tracking number (Please note: Holidays and Weekends are not included). Delivery times will be different depending on the destination.
We can not ask our couriers to leave your parcel at specific place at your place. Please contact couriers directly if you want to leave the parcel at the specified place and make sure to track the parcel once it has been shipped. Norsu Organic will not be responsible for any missing parcels.
Estimated Shipping Time:
-All orders will be packed within 48 hours (Please note: Holidays and Weekends are not included)
-All orders will take 1-3 business days to be picked by the couriers once the parcel has been packed
-COVID 19: We will pack and ship parcels as soon as possible. However, it might take more time during the pandemic time as the couriers are experiencing lack of staff and increasing volume of packages.
Changing of address/ Cancellations:
-If you want to change the delivery address or shipping method, or you make any mistakes on your order. Please contact us at: email@example.com with the order number before the parcel shipped out. We will do our best to make the adjustment.
-You also can cancel the order if you made any mistakes before the parcel has been shipped out.
-Once the parcel has been shipped (by the time you get your tracking number), we will not be able to do any changes.
-For all international orders (USA included), do not include any imported taxes, customs duties, and fees at checkout.
-All imported taxes, customs duties, and fees are recipient’s responsibility. All fees might be vary upon different countries’ customs policy.
-Please contact the local customs office for more information.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns on products within 15 business days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items, and items bought on promotion time are FINAL SALE. For personal health reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks.
-Orders within Canada and USA can be returned by local couriers. Customers can contact us through email. Once we accept the request, we will send you the return label, and the shipping cost $10 will be deducted from your return.
-For all exchange, the best way is to place a new order with item(s) you want and simply return the item(s) you have.
-Items purchased at third parties such as a local boutique, must be returned to the same store according to their return/exchange policy.
-International Orders: Orders placed outside of Canada and the US are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.
-For personal health reasons, Exchanges will only be taken for DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items for the same item if it is in stock.
DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED Items:
-If you receive damaged or defective items within one month from the date of shipping, we are more than glad to take your defective/ damaged items back and replace the item. Customers must email your order receipt with a photo of the defective items to firstname.lastname@example.org
-All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier.
