REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges:

- We accept returns on products within 15 business days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.

-All sale items, and items bought on promotion time are FINAL SALE. For personal health reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks.

-Orders within Canada and USA can be returned by local couriers. Customers can contact us through email. Once we accept the request, we will send you the return label, and the shipping cost $10 will be deducted from your return. Customers will get the refund once we have approved the return and checked the condition of return items. It might take few days to get your fund back to your bank account depending on different bank insitutions.   

-For all exchange, the best way is to place a new order with item(s) you want and simply return the item(s) you have.

-Items purchased at third parties such as a local boutique, must be returned to the same store according to their return/exchange policy. 

-International Orders: Orders placed outside of Canada and the US are final sale and can not be returned or refunded.

-For personal health reasons, Exchanges will only be taken for DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED items for the same item if it is in stock.

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED Items:

-If you receive damaged or defective items within one month from the date of shipping, we are more than glad to take your defective/ damaged items back and replace the item. Customers must email your order receipt with a photo of the defective items to info@norsu-organic.com

-All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by postal carrier.
